Lunch: Lunch can be brought in or purchased (must be prepaid at time of registration) by our full day campers. Please bring a peanut/tree nut/seed free lunch and drink if you are bringing lunch. Lunch items are chosen and ordered daily from the Pickle Jar Deli. Fresh made to order sandwiches, bag of chips, bottled water/juice box and fruit.

Our spring break camps are limited to 12 campers per session. Each day is a different class and children can attend one or up to 5 sessions.

Monday: Funfetti Sprinkle Cake
Tuesday: Spring Cookie Bouquet
Wednesday: Cakesickle
Thursday: Donut Drip Cake
Friday: Cupcake Bouquet
Afternoon Baking: Each day campers learn to read and follow recipes, measure liquid and dry ingredients and use a mixer to make delicious homemade pastry and desserts. Each day is a different baking experience and some of the things we’ll make include pies, tarts, cupcakes, fudge, truffles and more. This is a hands on class! Children learn all of the necessary skills to make the desserts from scratch. Desserts are brought home daily.

Morning Decorating: Campers will decorate cakes, cupcakes, and sugar cookies. They’ll decorate buttercream cake, a fondant cake of their own design (includes anti gravity cake, mermaid, unicorn, or painted cake), decorate sugar cookies with royal icing, and have fun decorating cupcakes. Campers learn to make flowers and other decorations, use edible glitter, pearl dust and fondant cutters and molds.
Afternoon Baking: Each week campers learn to read and follow recipes, measure liquid and dry ingredients and use a mixer to make delicious homemade pastry and desserts. Each week is a different baking experience and some of the things we’ll make include cakes, pies, tarts, cheesecake, and more. This is a hands on class! Children learn all of the necessary skills to make the desserts from scratch. Desserts are brought home daily.
